Privacy Policy

Last updated 17 October 2026

Timewent has no server and no account with us. What you write, photograph and record is yours, and we can’t see it.

Who we are

Timewent is made by Rishabh Tyagi, an independent developer based in India, who is responsible for this policy. Write to hello@timewent.com about anything on this page.

Where your entries are kept

On your devices and in your own iCloud, which is Apple’s private storage for your Apple Account. We can’t see it. If iCloud is off, your entries stay on the device.

Sign in with Apple

Apple gives the app a private ID and, the first time, your name. Both stay on your device. The app does not ask for your email.

Purchases

Apple takes the payment. The app only reads Apple’s record of what you bought. We never see your card or your Apple Account.

When the app goes online

Only for what you ask for. When you save a link, your device opens that page to show its title and picture. HTML you save may load things from the web when it is shown. Nothing is sent to us.

Help finding things

Stash uses Apple’s on-device tools to help you find your entries. They run on your device, and you can turn them off for any entry.

Camera, microphone, photos and notifications

Used only when you add a photo, a video or a voice note, or ask for a reminder. What you add stays with your entries.

No tracking

No ads, no analytics and no tracking. Nothing is sold or shared.

Crash reports

If you allow it in your device settings, Apple shares anonymous crash reports and usage numbers with app developers, us included.

Your control

You can export everything as a file at any time, from You, then Export everything. Delete account removes everything on this device and in your iCloud.

If you write to us

We use your message and your email address only to answer you, and keep them in our email. Ask, and we delete them.
