A new iPhone, iPad or Mac
Sign in to the same Apple Account with iCloud on, install Timewent and sign in with Apple. Your entries come back through iCloud.
Cancelling the free trial
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Timewent, and cancel at least 24 hours before the free week ends. Cancel in time and you pay nothing.
Bought it, but it is still locked
On the pay screen, tap Restore purchase while signed in to the Apple Account you paid with.
Using a promo code
On the pay screen, tap Redeem a code.
Reminders don’t arrive
On your iPhone, open Settings, then Notifications, then Timewent, and turn on Allow Notifications.
Getting your data out
In the app, open You and tap Export everything. You get one .zip with your logs, Stash and patterns, and every photo and voice note.
Deleting your account
In the app, open You and tap Delete account. It deletes your logs, Stash and patterns from this device and from your iCloud, so from every device, and it cannot be undone. It does not cancel a plan: cancel that in Settings.
A refund
Apple sells the app, so refunds are Apple’s to give. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your privacy
The Privacy Policy says exactly what happens to your data. In short: nothing reaches us.
